This is how you access your profile, as well as interact with the community. You need to make sure to remember your email address you signed up with and also the password. Besides just being able to edit your profile and view your community messages, you can comment on everyone's works, join a group discussion, critique people's work and more...
Your Profile- Edit and View
Editing your profile allows you to keep your external profile current. Have new work you would like to show off, or have a new profile image you want to put up, this can all be done through editing your profile. We can talk about how to do these things, but we hope we built this well enough so you can just tinker around for 5 minutes and figure everything out. Remember the tips are your friends.
Toolbox
Are you an Adobe ninja or is Autodesk really what helps your ideas come to life. Let people know what you are skilled at and what you are using, who knows you might find connections with others out there like you so you can all improve your game. You never know who you might need to know in the years ahead.
Message Center
We get it. You all probably have a social networking site along with 3 email boxes, so one more is just a another hassle. We agree with you, we built our messaging to operate more like text messaging. Have something private you want to say to a community member? Want a good way to exchange email addresses for a more personal conversation? Please use the message center, otherwise leave it to Gmail or somebody else, we want to focus on being able to show off your skills, not build inboxes.
Upload Some Work
If you have joined this community you probably already have a nice portfolio of work you have created. Click on the work tab above and upload some of your portfolio pieces. There are tips in each section to help you along the way in case you get confused. Have fun and show off your stuff.
Upload a Tip & Trick
Do you have any skills you want to show off? Feel free to upload any Wacom tricks you have picked up over the years or any software tips you would like to share. This site is all about community and helping everyone get better, feel free to upload written work, audio files or better yet how about a video showing us the skills you got.
Favorites
You probably all have about 3 social networking sites you are a part of, we get it and that's not what this site is about. It is about the creative mind and the work that comes from it. That's why we use "Favorite". You can Favorite Work, Tips and Tricks as well as People so you can easily access all your favorites for reference and let people around the community know what kind of work interests you.
Marks
Marks are a way to give props to fellow community members. If you see something you like, give it a Mark. The "Highest Rated" Work, People and Tips & Tricks on the homepage are determined by the number of Marks. So if you see something that is "Markworthy", take the time to give credit where credit is due.
Join a Group
Community this is what we're all about. Please feel free to join a Group which centers around your interests. Got some work that's not quite ready for a portfolio, but you need some feedback from your peers, submit it for Critique. You can also submit your Work or Tips and Tricks to these Groups to get more exposure for you and your creations.
Search
You can search the Community's Tips & Tricks, Work and People by clicking on the appropriate link in the Community navigation in the gray bar (ie. to search for Work, click on the Work link in the gray bar). The default takes you to a "Basic" search where you can search by "Title", "Description", or "Artist". However if you click on the tab above the Submit button, "Advanced", you will be able to filter your search further to find exactly what you are looking for!
Report a Bug or Give Feedback?
This is where you tell us what is and isn't working with the Community, how we could make the Community better, and share new ideas with us. You can get to these forms by clicking "Report a bug" or "Give Feedback" at the bottom, left of every page. You may be asking, "what is the difference between a bug and feedback?" A bug is a problem, something isn't working, i.e. "when I try to click on a piece of work, I get redirect to an error page". Be sure to fill in your operating system and browser information, the more information you supply the easier it is for us to find and fix the issue. You can even send a screen shot when you report a bug. However, "Feedback" is less about functionality issues and more about comments or suggestions, i.e., "I wish I could upload multiple images as a piece of work".
RSS Feeds
Every Artist has a "Get my feed" button, where you can sign-up for their individual feed. So you will be updated when they are active in the community, for example when they add a new piece of work. In addition, you can follow group activity with "Group feeds" to stay up to date with latest critiques and bulletins.
