With the camera on tripod, I used the timer to snap several images of myself to create this one man (ARM ME) using a Nikon D3 and 24-70mm Nikkor lens. Did the blending in Photoshop CS4 using my WACOM INTUOS 4, which made editing a breeze.

This montage consists of 5 photos and a bit of photoshop. Spent the early hours following an online tutorial called Futuristic Collage" found at http://psdlearning.com/2009/07/futuristic-collage/ written by Ross Aitken. There are resource images available from Divitanart.com whith a link provided in the Tut. I decided to take and use my own images and strayed from the plan near the end, but it's well worth checking out for some fresh ideas you might incorporate into your won work. Cheers!

I was driving down the road when I spotted a patch of Daiseys off the side of the road. This is the end result of two hours of shooting using a Nikon D2xs Camera and Tilt Shift lens adjusted to an F-Stop of f/51 with the flash manually set and off camera.

Location of Photo: Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia, Canada Life and Death on the East Coast. For whatever reason, this mature seal met its unfortunate demise on the East Coast of Nova Scotia, Canada.<br> The Atlantic Ocean had washed it ashore near the mouth of Halifax harbor some hours before dawn, and between gulls, crabs and other scavengers, the beach began to reclaim this creature as food for others in the great cycle of life.[/br] It may well have died peacefully of natural causes. It's really hard to say. Perhaps the death of this animal came as a blissful slumber of sorts? Could be that this animal crawled ashore and dies peacefully where others of its kind may well grow weak in the water and hastened on their way prematurely by local killer whales, sharks or bottom feeders before they are fully dead? Photo Info: 22 March 2009 4:05 PM Atlantic Standard Time GMT -4:00 HRS Camera Model: Nikon D3 Lens: 24-70mm Focal Length: 45mm Shutter Speed: 1/125 Aperture: f/9 ISO: 200
