With so much of the world relying upon eSignatures, this session will take a step back and explore eSignatures through the lens of Forensic Reliability; that is: how reliable are eSignatures at allowing for a credible determination of authenticity, and how resistant they are to fraud?

Kevin P. Kulbacki is the CEO of KDX Forensic Consulting, one of the premier Forensic Document Examination firms in the United States. Mr. Kulbacki has over a decade of experience as an expert in the examination of documents for evidence of alteration, counterfeiting, and forgery, including working for both the IRS Criminal Investigation’s National Forensic Laboratory and the South Carolina State Law Enforcement Division.

Claudia will walk attendees through her process of working with mixed mediums to create immersive experiences. She will explain the importance of the tools in her workflow, including the Wacom Cintiq, and the other ways in which technology has impacted her work.
Claudia Bueno is an internationally recognized, Venezuela-born artist renowned for creating immersive technological wonders using light, sculpture, painting, and sound. Claudia creates large-scale, multi-sensory experiences that communicate a profound sense of wonderment and awe.
