Wacom’s social media team is hungry and looking for some tasty art. “Lettuce” come together to celebrate one of the most iconic and beloved foods in the world on May 28th, 2023 – International Burger Day!
In honor of this celebration, we have asked digital chef Patrick Foley, creator of some of the most delectable 3D food creations online, to release some delicious tutorials on his process to creating all the ingredients to a mouth-watering 3D burger throughout the month.

Show us your buns!
Rare, vegan, grilled, or square – show us your buns! Wacom is challenging all burger lovers to show us how you cook up a juicy patty and all its appetizing accessories. Send us your best hamburger illustration and you can win. That’s it — get creative!
Challenge rules and details:
We are inviting everyone in our social media community to participate in the Wacom International Burger Day challenge. Here are the rules:
- You have from May 12th through May 24th to create the perfect burger in whatever medium you prefer. Non-digital art is welcomed!
- You must be following @wacom and @wacomedu on Instagram in order to win.
- You must tag your entry post with #WacomWantsABurger to be considered.
- No need to be a master chef or a pro artist to participate — we are looking for creativity and originality at all skill levels!
Winners and prizes
We will “ketchup” on entries and pick three creations that have satiated our cravings, and award the winners with a Wacom Intuos pen tablet! Then, we will ask the Wacom community to vote for their favorite burger entry overall as “King of the Grill.” This prestigious title, and a Wacom One, will be awarded on International Burger Day, May 28th!
