The Wacom Movink 13 has changed the way I teach. Not only does it allow me to bring art and creativity into my room in ways that weren\u2019t possible before, it has become an indispensable learning tool for nearly every subject. No more document cameras and low resolution images being displayed on the smart board. Instead, I can take actual documents, in full color, and interact with them as if I were using pencil and paper!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This has been especially useful in Math. Incorporating the Movink 13 into my teaching has allowed me to utilize powerful tools, like Microsoft OneNote, for modeling and instruction. I can use more, and better, media in my examples and better illustrate difficult concepts. Best of all, I can save every single lesson, so if a student is absent or needs help \u2013 or their parents are having trouble assisting with homework and need more details on the strategy \u2013 I can share an exact record of exactly what we did in seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m no artist. It might seem strange that I\u2019ve made an art tablet such a meaningful part of my classroom. The magic of the Movink is that it\u2019s not just a tablet, it\u2019s also a monitor, and brings together the analog and the digital in a powerful way. All the sudden, all of the resources of the internet which were previously locked away can be interacted with and used for the benefit of students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
