These tech centers are filled with premium tech tools, such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bestbuy.com\/site\/wacom-cintiq-pro-24-23-6-ips-uhd-creative-pen-display\/6220675.p?skuId=6220675\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wacom Cintiq Pro 24<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bestbuy.com\/site\/wacom-intuos-drawing-tablet-small-with-3-bonus-software-included-black\/6196636.p?skuId=6196636\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wacom Intuos<\/a>, and present an opportunity for teens to experiment and produce work that often rivals work by professionals.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3545 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/community.wacom.com\/en-us\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/40\/2020\/02\/teentechcenter2-1024x559.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"559\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>The most recent center opened in Portland, Ore. at the <a href=\"https:\/\/omsi.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI)<\/a>. It just so happens that we can practically see OMSI from Wacom\u2019s Americas HQ so the Wacom crew headed over to participate in the opening ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>The technology at the Teen Tech Center at OMSI ranges from a textile section, complete with knitting needles and yarn, to techier tools such as laptops, Intuos tablets and the Cintiq Pro 24. The Wacom crew was sorely tempted to try our karaoke skills at the recording booth, but, if we\u2019re just being honest, none of us is ready to belt out ballads in front of our colleagues.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3546 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/community.wacom.com\/en-us\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/40\/2020\/02\/teentechcenter3-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" title=\"\">Our own Jose Torres was honored to spend a few minutes greeting the crowd and sharing Wacom\u2019s brand vision: for a creative world.
