He has over three decades of commercial marketplace success building and driving profitable brands and creating sustainable business models for future growth. He believes strongly in sales planning, analytics, and new business development, and has a critical understanding of consumer-based, diverse athletic and fashion products after working with brands like NIKE, Jordan, and Geox. David spent over 30 successful years at NIKE, including 4 years as VP of Merchandising where he focused on sales, merchandising and product marketing to grow retailers and distribution in an ultra-competitive marketplace. A versatile expert in his field, David has consulted for start-ups like Wildfang (Portland, OR), worked in international fashion for Geox, Inc. (Italy), and taught courses in Sports Product Management at the University of Oregon.
