Procreate: Now Compatible With the Intuos Creative Stylus 2

The wait is over. Wacom and Savage are proud to announce the long hoped-for compatibility of Procreate with the Intuos Creative Stylus 2.

For creative professionals and art and illustration enthusiasts, compatibility between Wacom's powerful pressure-sensitive stylus and Savage’s popular Procreate app is a pairing out of iPad art paradise. From the launch of the ICS2 last fall, users have hoped to team the precision and natural feel of the Intuos Creative Stylus 2 with Procreate's powerful and intuitive illustration tools. Thanks to the collaborative efforts of Wacom and Procreate's innovative teams, this workflow is now a reality.

The Intuos Creative Stylus 2 is supported in the newly released Procreate 2.3 on all compatible iPads and can be downloaded through Apple's App Store.

iPad Air 2 users can connect to the Intuos Creative Stylus 2 in Procreate 2.3 as well, but the stylus will remain officially unsupported on the device. Savage and Wacom will continue to work together to improve and expand compatibility for iPad Air 2 users.

Other exciting additions to Procreate version 2.3 include the all-new Light Interface, along with stability upgrades and bug fixes from previous versions.

Compatibility with Procreate is an important addition to the Intuos Creative Stylus 2's selection of supported apps, and both Wacom and Savage look forward to seeing what their customers create using the newly compatible tools with 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity and a customizable two-button sideswitch.
