Join Wacom and 999 Other Artists for the Silent Drawing Party

 

In the pre-Covid days, the Wacom team traveled to tradeshows all over the country where we got to spend time with thousands of artists and (enviously) watch over their shoulders as they drew some of the most remarkable art we’ve seen. We miss watching talented people take a blank screen and turn it into art so we’re throwing an online party so that artists from around the world can draw together.

 

We’re calling it a silent drawing party and it’s happening on June 19th from 4-6pm PST. We have our friend DJ Mechlo spinning tunes to draw by and we’ll have some artists drawing on screen too. All you have to do is register here and then show up on June 19, ready to draw.

 

Want to be on screen? Once you’re in the party, raise your hand and have your webcam turned to your workspace. We may have more hand raisers than we have space, but we’ll try to get everyone showing off their drawing moves.

 

Draw anything you like. Maybe it’s time to start a new thing. Or maybe you’ll use the time to finish up that other thing. It’s up to you.
