Jose Vega is the a senior concept artist for Magic: the Gathering at Wizards of the Coast and former lead supervisor for Castlevania on Netflix. He has a passion for teaching and sharing his creative knowledge and has started a YouTube channel that focuses on very simple and quick tutorials on digital art. He’s super responsive to his audience and welcomes questions, comments and feedback from his viewers. Jose currently works on a Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 and shares his creative setup in this video.

About Jose Vega

Jose Vega is the a senior concept artist for Magic: the Gathering at Wizards of the Coast and works in the video game and film industry. He was the former lead supervisor in the background department for the horror Anime Netflix Series, Castlevania, at Powerhouse Animation Studios in Austin, Texas.  Jose is very impassioned about working in a team and building great projects for the entertainment industry. Some of his clients include: Startling, Inc, Hirez Studios, Replicas, Shy the Sun, Wizards of the Coast, Cryptozoic Entertainment, Blur Entertainment, Proko, and many others
