This year, we shared our booth withΒ Fahim Niaz fromΒ GraphixlyΒ and Clip Studio Paint artistsΒ SarajeanΒ Chung,Β LuciannysΒ Camacho, Yuki Wu, and Joy Huang who demoedΒ their drawing and painting chops throughout the entirety of the event. AttendeesΒ exploredΒ Clip Studio Paintβs innovative features such as the 3D modeling figures on ourΒ Cintiq line andΒ newΒ MobileStudioΒ Pro.

Our social media teamΒ alsoΒ strolled through Artist Alley withΒ the newΒ MobileStudioΒ Pro to allow creatives to take our latest launch for a spin.Β Artists were impressed by thisΒ mobileΒ tool, namely for its etched glass,Β lending aΒ moreΒ natural feel and the precision and control of the Pro Pen 2,Β offering 8,192 levels of pressure.

Cosplay for days
NYCC wouldnβt be the same without theΒ attendees and theirΒ extravagant costumes. One of our favoritesΒ was designed byΒ Ryan JudeΒ Novelline, a contemporary artistΒ who creates fashion pieces digitally using hisΒ IntuosΒ 3.Β His costumed model had heads turning and cameras flashing, and we couldnβt help but snap a photoΒ too.

An evening with toy designers
On Friday, we hosted an evening with New York toy designers at the Society of Illustrators. Toy fanaticsΒ enjoyed light refreshments and bites while learning fromΒ our featured guestsΒ whoΒ demoedΒ theirΒ toy design processesΒ on the Cintiq Pro 24. The cozy setting enabled aspiring toy designers to chat one on one with our talentedΒ specialΒ guests.
