Connected Ink is Back with More Ways to Enjoy the Creative Chaos
Wacom’s yearly Connected Ink returns with even more events for everyone with that creative spark. This year, we wanted to expand the ways in which we connect. We’ll host a few online events like always, and you’ll also find Connected Ink blog posts, social media events and, if you’re in Portland, you can join us in our Wacom Experience Center for a drink and draw event.
The theme this year is Ordinary Days. Anyone who has experienced a Monday knows that even the most ordinary days contain chaos and creativity. There is the sudden software update right before a virtual client meeting, the phone that somehow leapt from your hand to the ground, the last-minute request that would be better named, ‘wrench that throws months of work into disarray.’ All of these experiences can lead us to creativity if we can pause and reflect. This year’s Connected Ink is your reminder to pause and find the creativity from the chaos of ordinary days.

Join Wacom at LightBox Expo in Pasadena, CA. Our CEO, Nobu Ide, will share thoughts on how technology can protect an artist’s authorship, featuring live drawing by @ktym, who created the amazing Connected Ink artwork. Nobu’s panel is October 26 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm, Room 208. Join us in booth 813 all weekend where you can test out the latest Wacom products.
Drink and Draw with Wacom
If you’re in Portland, OR, come visit the Wacom Experience Center for a fabulous drink and draw event. Bring your own pens and paper, or use any one of the newest Wacom products. Date and time to come.
