About Samarra

Samarra Khaja brings over 20 years of art direction, illustration, and graphic design expertise to the table. She also sometimes brings chocolate. Her visual concepts and solutions have been enlisted by national and international clients, such as:

She’s also an award-winning author, worldwide traveler, and the creator of a prize-winning 24’ x 120‘ mural, Heartbeat Brooklyn, which can be found at the corner of 12th Street and 2nd Avenue in Brooklyn, NYC.

She’s amusingly serious about her work.
