SAE University College in Dubai is the only creative media college in the Middle East, and is the first school in the region to be on board as a Wacom Experience School. Amit Naval, Assistant Academic Director and Head of the Animation Department, says that the leaders and professors in the college aren't just academics – they're "pracademics," meaning practicing academics. "We always try to ensure that what's latest in the industry is incorporated in our classes," he says. That's why they've outfitted their animation lab, among other departments, with Wacom products – their animation studio is called the Wacom Creative Lab, after all.
